[12] Fumin' mad

In preparation to making a videogame in picotron (a gamedev environment with a 64 color limit) I am trying out 64 color palettes on my artfight attacks, to stress test them before I begin a game. Because of this, my art this year is colored and shaded quite differently to how I usually do it, and some characters do not quite get super accurate colors. Still, I hope you like the decissions I've made when coloring Phial! ^0^
